Hi y’all-
I’m feeling amazing on this beautiful lovely day today. (it’s so overcast) Is it because I just had a mimosa? Well actually it wasn’t a mimosa because they didn’t have any orange juice. But I sort of got a job, I sort of have fresh groceries, and I haven’t felt any long-lasting effects of all the vaping I’ve done this year even though I swore I’d never do it again because “I’m trying to focus on being a runner.”
I’m going to start babysitting for a little bit which is very exciting, I always forget it’s a job that you can pick up if you’re in your 20’s and not creepy. A lot has changed since the last time I babysat, back in high school I was just playing games with the kids waiting for them to fall asleep so that I could watch TV. Now the situation is I’m probably going to be helping a little kid with their homework, which will be awesome because I’ve been so good at homework ever since I was prescribed Adderall at the age of 15. I’m so excited to teach them all about the WNBA and the wage gap. I will say, I am genuinely worried that they will be cooler than me, and I’m a little terrified of what she might ask me because kids are always asking questions even though they have phones where they can google now. That’s right, I’m assuming this little child probably has a cell phone, which is crazy, because it's like what could you possibly be texting about or whatever they do on their phones like little businessmen. It’s like seeing a child with a laptop, what are you doing?
Anyway, I’m hungover and am struggling to get this email out to you before 4:30 (it’s 4:45). Just ordered Chinese food, and I have Sex and the C
ity on the TV. Going to be a great rest of the afternoon, especially knowing that my favorite show Drule is at Fette Sau tonight! And you should come!! Please 🙂
